Custom Engraving started in 2000 in typical fashion, it started small… very small. Using the facilities of others, moving into a garage, and then finally into a real facility four years ago. Since its humble beginning, the supreme focus, or value, of Custom Engraving has always been on delivering products that tickle our customers' fancy. They do not just "bang out the work". They are artists, and there medium is motorcycle parts. There calling card is the fine detail that you'll see in their work. It's our competitive advantage. Small cutting tools are necessary to get that detail. Cutting tools as fine as a human hair are used when the design calls for it. It's not always an easy task to get this motorcycle artwork to our customers. Some companies can put a part on a machine, push a button, and it's done. Their work takes a series of processes - processes that rely heavily on their valued employees. There are designs to be created, machining programs to write, masking, gold plating and finally painting. And they are all dependent upon one another in some fashion. It can be a cookie cutter kind of world for motorcycle accessories – not a whole heck of a lot to choose from. At Custom Engraving, there are a couple of hundred designs to choose from. And those designs can be put onto a wide variety of parts for Harleys, Honda VTX's, Kawasaki Vulcans, Yamaha VStar's, Victory's, and Suzuki's too. Existing designs can be changed up as needed – providing a personal touch to make your motorcycle that much more unique.
